What is the free trial?▼
You get 14 days completely free, no credit card required. Try all features with full access. After 14 days, billing is $20/month. You can cancel anytime with our 30-day money-back guarantee.
How much does it cost?▼
$20/month for unlimited commitments, daily SMS check-ins, AI accountability, and full analytics. No hidden fees.
Can I pause my commitments?▼
Yes! You can pause or resume any commitment from Settings. Perfect for vacations or temporary breaks without losing your streak data.
How are SMS delivered?▼
SMS check-ins are sent via Twilio at your chosen time in your timezone. Replies are processed instantly and logged to your dashboard. Make sure to verify your phone number in Settings.
What if I don't reply to a check-in?▼
If you don't reply, we mark it as incomplete. No judgment—just accurate tracking. Each day is a fresh opportunity to rebuild your streak.
Can I delete a commitment?▼
Yes. You can delete or archive commitments from your Dashboard. Archived commitments preserve your history but stop sending check-ins.
Is my data private?▼
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted and stored securely on Supabase. We never share your information with third parties. See our privacy policy for details.
Can I have multiple commitments?▼
Yes, unlimited! You can track as many commitments as you want. Organize them by frequency (daily, weekly) and manage all check-ins from your Dashboard.
What if SMS fails to deliver?▼
Failed deliveries are rare but happen occasionally. You can always log in to your Dashboard and manually mark commitments complete. We track delivery logs in Notifications.
Do you have a mobile app?▼
Not yet! FreshStart is designed as SMS-first, accessible from any phone. A native mobile app is coming soon.
How do I cancel my subscription?▼
Go to Billing in your Settings and click 'Cancel Subscription.' You'll maintain access through the end of your billing cycle, or get a refund within 30 days if requested.
