You must be at least 18 years old to use FreshStart. By using our service, you represent that you are of legal age and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for:
FreshStart costs $20 per month after a 14-day free trial. Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method.

Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your sign-up date. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard with no penalties or fees.

In no event shall FreshStart be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
FreshStart integrates with third-party services (Twilio for SMS, Stripe for payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their operations or policies.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct. You may terminate your subscription anytime from your dashboard.
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of FreshStart after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.
